Biography

• He graduated in Fine Arts from the University of the Basque Country in 1989 and during the following years she worked on the restoration of various altarpieces such as those of the Basilica of Begoña in Bilbao. Simultaneously, and while she continued to develop her purely creative work, she was commissioned by the City of Basauri (Biscay) to design a set of large mural paintings intended for various spaces in the municipality and coordinated the working team responsible for them. In 1995, she launched Artebi, an art gallery that functions as a platform for new artists with great concerns, while continuing her personal work. In her pictorial works the experimentation and the use and mixing of different materials prevails, relying on her knowledge of them thanks to her artistic education.
